At HOIIY, we are committed to delivering your premium kitchen appliances safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders within Singapore.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds
We offer free islandwide delivery across Singapore.

All Orders: Enjoy Complimentary Islandwide Delivery (automatically applied at checkout).
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SGT) Monday to Friday are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your package typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
📌 Note: Delivery timelines may be slightly extended during peak seasonal sales (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday) or major Public Holidays.
3. Secure Packaging & Shipping Insurance
Because the HOIIY 8L Glass Air Fryer features premium borosilicate glass, we take extra care in logistics:

All appliances are shipped in heavy-duty, impact-resistant protective packaging.

Your shipment is fully insured against transit damage. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Self-Collection (Warehouse Fulfillment)
Self-collection is available at our Bukit Batok fulfillment hub strictly by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a collection slot.

Please do not walk in without a confirmed appointment to ensure your item is inspected and ready for release.
5. Remote & Restricted Areas
While we deliver islandwide, standard courier restrictions apply. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Camps, Jurong Island, or restricted airport zones. If a delivery requires specialized access, additional charges may apply, and our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track the status of your delivery directly through our logistics partner's portal.
