Shipping & Returns Policy

This document sets out the shipping and returns policy of HOIIY Singapore Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202507799R), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 176 Orchard Road, #05-05, The Centrepoint, Singapore 238843. This policy applies to all purchases made through hoiiy.com and governs the rights and obligations of both the Company and its customers with respect to delivery, returns, and refunds.

Section 1Shipping Policy

1.1   Delivery Coverage

HOIIY currently ships within Singapore only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Camps, Jurong Island, or restricted airport zones.

1.2   Shipping Rates

1.3   Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are prioritised for same-day processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. A dispatch confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the customer’s registered email address upon shipment.

1.4   Packaging

All products are shipped in heavy-duty protective packaging with full transit insurance. Each unit undergoes quality inspection prior to dispatch.

Self-collection is available by prior appointment only at our fulfilment warehouse:

Section 2Returns Policy

2.1   Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2.2   Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  1. The item is in its original, unused, and unassembled condition;
  2. All original tags, accessories, and documentation are included;
  3. The item is in its original packaging, undamaged and intact; and
  4. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.

2.3   Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Perishable goods • Custom or personalised products • Personal care goods • Hazardous materials • Items purchased on sale or clearance • Gift cards • Items showing signs of use, misuse, or physical damage • Items returned without original packaging

2.4   Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly dispatched by HOIIY, in which case HOIIY will arrange and bear the cost of return collection.

Section 3Defective Items & Warranty

3.1   Warranty Period

All HOIIY products are covered by a 12-month local warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

3.2   Reporting Defects

Customers who receive a damaged or defective product must notify HOIIY within 7 calendar days of receipt by contacting support@hoiiy.com with photographic evidence and the order number. Upon verification, HOIIY will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at its sole discretion.

3.3   Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from physical impact, water ingress, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the product’s operating instructions.

Section 4Refund Policy

4.1   Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, HOIIY will notify the customer of the outcome of the return assessment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. An email confirmation will be issued upon initiation of the refund.

4.2   Bank Processing Times

Refund posting times are subject to the customer’s financial institution and may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account. If a refund has not been received within 15 business days of the approval notification, the customer should contact HOIIY at support@hoiiy.com.

Section 5Return Procedure
I.
Submit Return Request

Email support@hoiiy.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.

II.
Await Authorisation

HOIIY will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference and return instructions.

III.
Dispatch the Item

Securely package the item and ship it to the return address stated in Section 2.5. Provide HOIIY with the tracking number upon dispatch.

IV.
Refund or Replacement

Upon receipt and inspection, HOIIY will process the approved refund or dispatch a replacement within 10 business days.
